BCM 400 and old M7308 sets. Will they work

Will M7308, M7310, and 24 sets work on the BCM400 if they have a release lower than 16?
If so, what features will not be available besides the higher contrast?
Does anyone know where the the phones can be upgraded to the current version?

They'll work. Typically the use set volume feature won't, meaning they may have to adjust the volume on the set for each call. BLF's on the 7310's won't work properly. 7324 with add ons should.

Only way to upgrade the phones would be to send them off to a company that refurbs phones and have them do whatever it is that they do. I don't know what that procedure is though.

Thank you for the information. We only have a few of the 7310 devices but several 7324. I really appreciate the information. Maybe we can move forward now.
