BCM 400 and CCRS

just upgraded the call center reporting. The shortcut to the URL was no longer working. I remoted in the client and re-installed RCC. I remapped the URL and reset the ccrs password but the web page will not load. I located the create.bat file inside the installation directory and ran it to create all the virtual directories and restarted the IIS services. The web page still would not load stating that OBDC could not connect to the mysql service.. any solutions/ideas ... thank you

Personally, I would ask that the PCs OS be reloaded, then reinstall the CCRS. Since to the BCM it will look like a new installation, it should download all the historical data for you.
