BCM 400 and 200 Bad Caps

The tech Doc. ID 2005006002 is for the Base Function Tray for BCM, ver 3.0 that are having Flashing light problems and Vmail, serial port IP access. they have so many bad BFT that they are on back order. I'm waiting for 3 BFT's


tech Doc. ID 2005006051 is for the MSC card

Where can I download the tech Doc. ID 2005006051 which describes a procedure for replacing the MSC card ?
