I have a 400 and a 200 that the passwords and admin login has been changed if there a way to take this back to default

No. U either need to call nrtel/avaya and pay them to go thru the back door or replace the HD.
 
acutally you can do a LVL II upon reboot and it will take it back to factory default; however, you will lose all programing, keycodes, ect. Also if you if an upgrade was preformed and the NEW factory image of the upgraded software was not loaded you will be back at the defaulted level not the upgraded level. If you do not have the license files or the media disks you could be in for quite an adventure.
 
There is no level 2 reset on a 200/400 like on a 50.
 
you can use the BIT tool to reimage the systems to whatever release they are on now which will wipe out all the programming. And if you have a backup you can restore the database with the backup
