Where do I need to go to either turn off the little alarms that give a 1/4 ring to an extension or move it to another ext?

What little alarms? When does this happen? We need more info.

its about a 1/4 of a normal ring that goes only to 1 extension. It's just a quick ring and shows an alarm code. Every time there is any little type of alarm, that phones gives that short ring. Its goes off quite frequently and get very annoying since its next to the Director Of Finance's Office.

First of all, what is the alarm code that keeps popping up?
The alarm set needs to be changed in programming. You need to go to Services > Telephony Services > Then highlight Feature Settings and Alarm Set is in there.
