I have a BCM 400 which is having problems and displaying a critical alarm.
Alarm ID 10103: Critical
Service Manager - IP Terminal Service (UTPS) has stopped unexpectedly and could not be restarted by service manager. This will affect service on all IP terminals on the system.
I have rebooted the system and I have gone in and cleared the Alarm and reset the Alarm LED’s but the problem comes back within a few minutes. I have tried to research the problem but I have no answers. Do you have any thoughts about how to resolve this issue? Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and how it can be resolved?
