BCM 400 add lines to PoolA

How can I add the Lines to the PoolA? Somebody told me using Intercom

Get into programming go to lines and pick the ones u want and choose pool a.

Have u ever programmed a BCM before? Do u know how to get in via element mgr or telset? U need to know the passwords to get in. If not call your vendor to make the changes.

Using an intercom key like u stated will not work.
