BCM 400 A.A. greeting

I have a client that is a real estate management company. They have a PRI and want to provide a seperate DID number for each of the properties they manage attached to a personal A.A. greeting for each property. For example

DID 555-1200 = Lakeside HOA
"Thank you for calling Lakeside HOA managed by ABC Management company, for maintenance calls press-1, for billing questions press-2, etc."

They want one for about 30 properties. I was not sure if the A.A. could provide a seprate greeting and also a seperate menu for each of these. I thought it was restricted to only 4 main menus.

Any suggestions?

there are 99 tables on 4.0

if your system is older 3.0 to 3.7 the you only have 4 tables

You still havn't said what version of bcm you have
3.0,3.7 etc


But the answer will be no anyway

Upgrade to 4.0

8= v3.7 or bellow snowmans answer NO.
Upgrade to 4.0 or higher and yes.
