Ok... Have same issue on a couple systems.
System A: BCM50 Rls 3.0
System B: BCM400 Rls 4.0
Install Unified Messaging v5.0 on a Windows XP Pro 2002 with SP3 and it won't install the UM folders.
I know Nortel is probably working on this, but want to know if anyone has found a work around.
I have tried removing the Google Toolbar and checking to see if Business Contact Manager is installed (both known issues to make UM crap out).
I also tried just adding an IMAP account, and that works ok, but it doesn't add the other folders that previous versions have added.
Ideas??
Thanks in advance!!
