Bcm 400 4.0 Unified Messager Fax isuues 2

Having issues with a unified messager fax suite sending faxes using the Nortel Fax Printer in Outlook 2007. Sometimes it works and sometimes it hangs up. Also this Bcm Callpilot is sending strange messages that look like barcodes??????

If this is a PRI check your clocking and make sure it is primary.

I checked the PRI it is already set to Primary External. Also this is the only BCM on this sites network....

Is the BCM fully patched to date? I think that the barcode issue is a known one.
