I have a BCM 400 4.0 with a bouncing T1 generating a "slip underflow error" every minute on the dot.It's dropping calls intermittenly on the PRI and fax/modem calls don't work at all. The carrier is insisting the problem is with the BCM, because of on-site testing the carrier has performed with their T-berd.
I've replaced the DTM with a known good module and the cabling between the dmarq and the PBX with no positive results. The PRI has been working for the past year and no changes have been made to the BCM itself before these problems started happening.
Any ideas??
