I just replaced a bad hard drive in a BCM 400. Had to reprogram since cust. had no backup and the telephony programming was lost. Now when a second call comes in on the intercom call rings normal. Customer said that it didn't ring it just beeped and you could see who was calling. I just can't find anything to stop second call ringing. Thanks in advance for your help with this issue.
