BCM 400 4.0 Redundant problems

I have a BCM 400 Rls 4.0 redundant switch. About every week I have to reset the switch because it locks up. Both Hard drive lights are orange and the status lights are green and never flicker or go off. Any suggestions?

I would order up a new RAID board if I were you. Sounds like yours might be on the way out.
