BCM 400 4.0 recording calls 2

Hello BCM gurus,

Is it possible to record a phone call with a BCM 400 4.0? I have a funny feeling that this may require call center software.

But you can record if permitted in COS in voice mail.

The BCM will alow call record as long as its checked in COS as curly stated. Feature 989 to initiate, the recorded call will be delivered to your voice mailbox. If you use this you'll want to adjust the class of service of your mailbox to allow for longer message time, as this will affect the lenth of the call.

mate, check this out...TelStrat is an Enterprise developer partner, OEM partner and SPP partner with Nortel and they do BCM recordings on IP and Digital.
