BCM 400 4.0 Reboot itself unexpectedly

I read a few post for a BCM 400 that rebooted by itself and seems that no one has answers...
My customer had his system rebooted by itself for no reason.
I checked the alarms and no log has been recorded since the reboot.
I just want to know why this happen and if this happens to someone else.

Has anyone been lurking around the breaker panel that feeds the power outlet?
