I have a customer who is having issues with their RCC. Back in July, they were not able to get to their Historical reports. Real time worked fine. They could get to historical reports and run the reports, but the reports would never show any data. We had to de-install RCC from the PC that was running it and reinstall and everything worked fine again. Now they are having the same issue about two months later. We patched the system to the lastest the last time we were out there working on this issue. We could run the 2 latest pathces but I don't think it has to do with patches. Any suggestions?
