BCM 400 4.0 RCC

I have a customer who is having issues with their RCC. Back in July, they were not able to get to their Historical reports. Real time worked fine. They could get to historical reports and run the reports, but the reports would never show any data. We had to de-install RCC from the PC that was running it and reinstall and everything worked fine again. Now they are having the same issue about two months later. We patched the system to the lastest the last time we were out there working on this issue. We could run the 2 latest pathces but I don't think it has to do with patches. Any suggestions?
 
Has the RCC computer had any Microsoft updates done within the past Month?. I've had a number of customers who have had a number of problems with their RCC and since I turned off the automatic updates, they have been OK.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
 

Verify the .net installed on the RCC server, you need to remove any 2.0 sp2,3.0 sp2 and 3.5 sp1.
Do a search on this forum, few threads were covering this.
