BCM 400 4.0 POWER LIGHT IS RED

Major alarm 10999 system startup auto core upload failed
I did a reboot but the red light comes back on and I get the same alarm.Any help would be appreciated

That means there is an alarm in the system. It acts just like the 50. If you go into alarms and clear alarms it will clear.
