I have a school with a BCM 400 4.0 where digital phones and Telco POTS work fine, but no IP phones work and we no longer can ping BCM. We also lost both serial and Tel admin for IP access. We also are not able to log in via LAN 2? The voicemail web portal also is down.
The IT guy thinks the hard drive is going...buts it's only 4 years old. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...funny thing... the last school the same IT guy crashed that 450 BCM and was kicked out of that school.I password protect IP manager but not serial or F9*8 where i think he is accessing.
