There is a fiber cable to a remote building with a POE switch. We are going to put 2004's there No problem

Problem
Faxing. They are in the stone age regarding this. Each person needs a fax. How do I do this without buying POTS lines?
I know I can do receive faxing through Call Pilot but I need to be able to send
