BCM 400 4.0 CAP assignment not working

I'm installing i2004 phones on a BCM400 4.0 and when I try to assign the CAP for my IP set, it says "Error happened. Error Detail: 2201 is not a valid set DN"

2201 is a valid DN and CAP/KIM programming tab shows but will only let me assign speed dials. Also the Element manager doesn't let me change the line appearances on the phone to functions.

Need to make sure system is fully patched. You can not change line appearances in Element Manager, other then to remove them. You you wish to move the line appearances, then this has to be done at the physical set using F*81.

OK. Figured out I actually needed to type "DN:2201" in the CAP assignment instead of "2201".
