BCM 400 4.0 Call transfer

This is a new install and it appears that occasionally when calls are transferred from receptionist, call signals station, then immediately goes to voicemail. There is no dnd set at station and no cf vm. I haven't been able to isolate any one thing that seems to cause this. Thanks for any help.

Does this problem happen when a receptionist transfers to a particular extension, or is it any random phone.

If a phone is faulty sometimes it will send it straight to voice mail.

Make sure that Call Forward-Busy is not programmed.
