BCM 400 4.0 Call Pilot Mailbox

System is licensed for 1000 mailboxes. There are currently over 100 mailboxes created.

Issue: When trying to add a specific number for a mailbox the number will not add. You can create the mailbox, fill in all info (Name, Class etc..) click on submit and the mailbox number will not show up in the list.
IE: Existing mailbox 500 works and trying to add 501 will not take. Other mailboxes numbers can be used just can’t use a specific number.

Any ideas..

Could be an application extn number

Look at all dns and see what they are used for.

Or go to administration- general-hardware inventory.
Check the dns in this list to see what they are used for
