I have been working on a BCM 400 R4.0 that has been experiencing some problems. You can dial the voicemail and login to the mailboxes but none of the prompts play. I cant hear the recorded name or "Nortel Nancy". When I dial the auto attendant it answers and the prompt does not play.
I replaced the hard drive and that did not fix the issue. I tried doing a reinstall on the Call Pilot and that did not work. I am thinking I am going to have to replace the system but I am wondering if anyone has any ideas before I do that.
