I am new to BCM and I have questions. I have BCM 400 4.0 New in box. NT7B10AAFR I would like apply my keycodes and would like to know if I apply NTKC01AAAA - Silver Auth# Code Will it automatically update the BCC to ICC? And Can I even generate a keycode for this BCM with this Auth# at all?

As per Nortel Documentation:
Business Communications Manager 4.0 introduces Intelligent Contact Center, which is the
evolution of the existing Call Center capability on BCM. Intelligent Contact Center has the same
functionality as Nortel's current Professional Call Center with no reporting, agents or skillsets.
This allows you to choose the specific number of agents and skillsets that your business requires.
Basic and Professional Call Center are not available on BCM 4.0.
So i don't think you will be able to generate that keycode on a Bcm 4.0. Let us know if it works or not.

My next question is how does the 3.7 to 4.0 upgrade handle Basic Call Center Keycode? Does it convert BCC to ICC? I also have a BCM 50E which I would like to pull forward from 1.0 to 3.0. I have BCC installed on this Machine. How will BCC be affected when I upgrade?
When you upgrade from 3.7 to 4.0 it convert it to icc.If you have the call center Profesionnal it will put the maximum skillsets and agents and enable the ICC reporting.
Never did upgrade from 1.0 to 3.0 on Bcm50 but i guess the keycodes get converted the same way.

Most of them can be used. Exceptions include the Basic and Professional Call Center Keycodes. They should be installed on
