Use 729. for good voice quality
use 711 for best quality
this is all dependent on bandwidth availability and QOS settings. You might always experience these alarms if your network is not up to par.
If your not getting alot of complaints about voice quality from your customer I wouldnt worry to much about the alarms as they as just informaing you that you exceeded the default settings for acceptable voice quality per your specs.
