Hello all;

I have a bcm 400 3.7, I have 2 ms-pec III cards, I should have 16 available voicemail channels but the customer is finding that some calls are ring-no-answer.
Customer only has 10 lines.
Is there a way to see how many voicemail channels are in use, or if there are some channels that are not being used?

Thank you in advance.

Use the BCM Monitor, one of the TABS show how many you have and how many you are using.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

In BCM3.7 -> I used to look under resources> msc> config
and choose the min-max number of channel/ resource for each application

Ace - can we use BCM monitor in 37 or did you think it was 40

You can use the BCM Monitor in all BCM's. What I'm talking about is what you have when your using it it will show what is active.

What your talking is where you set the Parameters.

ace is telling you that BCM Monitor is real-time.
