BCM 400 3.7 RCC printing and MySQL trouble

Customer has a BCM 400 3.7 with Call Center. The RCC Server went south and they replaced it. I loaded RCC on the server and it downloaded the call files and streams the real time fine.

The problem is they can't print reports and upon checking we found that MySQL is stopped and can't be started. When we try to start it on this XP SP3 computer we get a reply saying it can't be started and receive an error0 code.

Any ideas?

have a look in the windows event log for more detailed mysql errors

If its not broke tweak it..
