BCM 400 (3.7) IP phones not playing backgroup music

Hi..

I have a BCM 400 running 3.7. I'm using the audio jack on the MSC card for background music (F86) and MOH. I have a standard radio connected to it. The digital sets I have play the music fine but I get nothing out of the IP sets. Any help is appreciated.
