Hello, we have just purchased the Gold Bundle for our BCM400 3.7. We already had purchased and installed the silver bundle a long time ago.
Originally, the company we purchased from sent us over 1 key code. After many calls back and forth they finally figured out that there should have been more codes. In the second group of codes they sent to me, I got 2 errors out of 7 codes:
########-########-######## – Generic Error. (Error, keycode has already been entered)[300.1.4]
########-########-######## – Generic Error. (Error, invalid keycode (feature code))[300.1.5]
So my question is do I have all my key codes?
The new ones that added to my system are:
IPSec License Enabled.
CallPilot Professional Call Center Upgrade
CallPilot Fax OnDemand
CallPilot Fax Overflow
SL-1
The old ones I had already installed were:
IP Clients - 1
LAN CTE Desktops - 16
CallPilot Fax messaging
CallPilot Fax Overflow
CallPilot Informal Call Center
16 CallPilot Unified Messaging seats
CallPilot Networking
32 CallPilot Mailbox Increment
Where is my Reporting for call center? Is it included somewhere? How can I check to see if it is now installed?
