From what I read, you should be able to call forward a number externally. I programmed a route with a destination code, allowed redirect ring on phone. Still when I try to forward it does nothing. Dest code and number just sits in display until feature times out. I know I posted this once but I still can't get it to work. I have done it on Norstars before. Does it have something to do with the trunks being on a PRI? What am I missing?

feature 4. then destination code. then the number, route must be set to acces a free line, and it should work.

Are you using a 7208? Hit the hold button to complete the feature if you are.
