BCM 400 3.7 error

When I try and add a new user in my BCM 400 3.7 system i get the following error:
Generic Error
(error in getting the RAS user accounts server)[11.1.36]

I haven't done a reset yet but the customer told me he has.

I had that problem once and got cleared after a reboot, could be the drive is dying. I suggest you do a backup, complete shutdown and then restart the Bcm.
