I have a BCM 400 running 3.7.
The customer was formerly heavily into digital sets so I had to set the split to a 2/6. They are now using more IP sets and no longer using as many digital ones so I have no choice but to remove a module and change the split to 3/5.
I know that doing this will default the BCM. Does anyone know how much of the programming is defaulted? Is voicemail and keycodes retained?
I'm in the process currently of documenting all programming so that I can hand punch it back in after the change.
