I have a BCM 400 running 3.7.

The customer was formerly heavily into digital sets so I had to set the split to a 2/6. They are now using more IP sets and no longer using as many digital ones so I have no choice but to remove a module and change the split to 3/5.

I know that doing this will default the BCM. Does anyone know how much of the programming is defaulted? Is voicemail and keycodes retained?

I'm in the process currently of documenting all programming so that I can hand punch it back in after the change.

2/6 to 3/5 you keep everything. 3/5 to 2/6 you lose. When going from 2/6 to 3/5, ensure bus 7 is empty as you will lose the bus.

Make sure all IP sets come up before, anyone uses any of them. Best done after hours than before. Will get a scary pop-up, click thru it.
