I have a BCM 400 running version 3.7. My customer has had some threatening phone calls and they have the number from which the calls came but they need a CDR to prove that these calls were made and at what time they were made. I noticed that there was a call detail records tab under services in the configuration menu but have not been successful in getting these exported. It looks like you can FTP the file but have not had success in do that either. Any help would be appreciated as Law Enforcement and the customer is waiting for me to produce proof.
