BCM 400 3.7 CDR's

I have a BCM 400 running version 3.7. My customer has had some threatening phone calls and they have the number from which the calls came but they need a CDR to prove that these calls were made and at what time they were made. I noticed that there was a call detail records tab under services in the configuration menu but have not been successful in getting these exported. It looks like you can FTP the file but have not had success in do that either. Any help would be appreciated as Law Enforcement and the customer is waiting for me to produce proof.

CDR keycode- probably $1500 to $2000 dollars, this is cheaper turn on bcm monitor and view the incoming calls when you see the call that youve been waiting on do a print screen on your PC and you got em! assuming you have caller ID of coarse.
 
Yes we do have caller ID, so i will give the 'print screen' a shot and see if i can get it that way.

You don't need a keycode to enable CDR.

Configure a FTP server, set the data file transfer type to push daily, enter the FTP server IP address and login name/password, and your CDR files will transfer to the FTP server. They are in raw text format, won't be pretty, but better than nothing. You can suck that data into Excel or Access and make it more useable. The files will have a date/time name format such as record.20061025002233 or something to that effect.

You can also purchase a CDR package that takes that data and gives you graphs, reports, charts and what not.
