Can you manipulate pulling data during a certain time period in the Call center reporting app? example - "i want to pull call stats m-f between 830 and 530 weekly." At the moment it is pulling data along a 24hour period. Can I or How can I change the time format? Is it possible
 

No you can't. You would have to run "daily reports" ,one for each day of the week.
That's something Nortel should adress because often the customers want to know the amount of calls in a week but not necessarely the calls before and after hours.
