I have a customer with a BCM 400 and 3.7 software. They need some very basic call accounting. They need to be able to query by station number and see the names,numbers called in/out and call duration. They want to be able to monitor personal phone calls made by employees. Does the BCM 3.7 have this capability or do I need to add 3rd party software. If I need 3rd party software, any recommendations?
