I had 2 BCM 400 one was running 3.7 software and the other was running 4.0 software. We are in the process of upgrading all the BCM's. We are using H 323 trunks. We replace the BCM 400 4.0 with a BCM 450 we can call extension to extension to the BCM 400 3.7 however, If we receive a call form the BCM 400 and the call is place on hold and pick it up there is no audio.
Also if we transfer a call to the 400 it don't go. Redirect is enable on all extension.
