BCM 400 3.7 AA problem

I have a customer with a 3.7 BCM 400. Recently I created a second AA using Greeting 2 and CCR tree 2. In this tree, I have two submenus and when the AA answers, the caller hears the option to press 1 or 2 for the submenu, once a digit is pressed and you listen to the submenu to the end without making a choice you will get the message saying "exiting the system, Goodbye". I have a valid extension with a mailbox setup as this greeting table's dial 0, which works.

Also, the system is set to return calls to the main menu. In greeting table 1 using CCR tree 1 which does not have any submenus and you dont make any selection you will be directed back to the main menu.

Any ideas on why when in a submenu that the call is d/c instead of being returned to the main menu?

As a sidenote, I patched the system yesterday and it still doesnt work.

Sound like Path 1 or 2 is not set up as a MENU (maybe you have it as INFO?) and/or it is told to DISC at the end instead of HOME.

Thanks curlycord, both paths are setup as menus. The option for home or disc is in the system properties?
