LAN2 is usually 10.10.11.1 and 255.255.255.0 for the BCM 400 systems, however you might find that the SM is 255.255.255.252 for the BCM 50 systems.
You might be lucky and use the Telset to gain access via Feature 9*8 to find out the IP details for LAN1.

He said it was a BCM 400 w/ 3.6 nothing was mentioned about a BCM 50. The 2 IP address at default are 10.10.10.1 and 10.10.11.1 and f 9*8 will not work on that release system.

I have a used BCM 450 that I found the subnet mask to be 255.255.255.252. Try that if 255.255.255.0 doesn't work.
