BCM 400 3.6 with i2050 software phone 1

I have a Bcm400 in the uk with a call centre in India all agents are using i2050 software phone. I am moving the BCM to a new location and will program new ddi and extn range. Do i need to re-install all i2050 software phones again to match the new ddi and extn range?

If you are changing extension range you will have to program the I2050 phones. But if you are only changing local extension range and the IP range is staying the same the IP phones should stay the same. You will have to change the server IP address on the I2050 software phones.

Just curious, How many users do you have at the remote Call Center running on the I2050 softphone and how are they connected to the BCM (WAN link speed, equipment, etc..).
 
I'm wondering the same thing. How is the QoS? What security is in place (VPN etc.)?
