BCM 400 3.6 to version 6.0???

The actual hardware (BCM400) can only be upgraded from release 3.6 / 3.7 to release 4.0.
To get to release 5.0 or the latest 6.0, you will then need to upgrade the hardware by migrating to a BCM 450.
