Hi All,
I currently have an issue where the user is complaining saying calls are sitting in the queues and not getting through to agents? I have checked and all agents are logged in and some not on calls nor set to make busy, looking at the monitor tool under the usage tab I have noticed the signalling channels is sitting on 32 of 32 100%. I have re booted the system and it just continues to sit at 100%.
Probably going to kick myself for this next question but any ideas as to why it's sitting at 100%
