BCM 400 3.6 possible power hit!

I'm working on the BCM 400 that was down on Monday. I replace the hard drive replaced the BFT, replaced one ASM8 station module. And replace the power supply. All of the digital then I'll law courts are now working the PRI is now working, but I still have no voicemail. Feature 981 and feature 985 show feature in active. Our local tech-support believes that the chassis the entire cabinet may need to be replaced, any thoughts or input would be appreciated.

Are any of the LEDs flashing.
Does the hard drive led show any action.

Try doing a re install Of the call pilot.

Did you replace the hard drive with 3.6 software as in your title.
