bcm 400 3.6 cold startup 2

I am trying to do a quick start on a used bcm 400 with 3.6 software. The goal is to be able to change the callpilot to 4 digit extensions to match the bcm itself. When i go through the cold start it runs through the start options for the rest of the bcm but when it gets to the callpilot section it is read only format and it says already initialized. Am i doing something wrong that it will not let me cold start the callpilot as well???

Go into CP programming and I believe there's an option to reinstall the vmail. look for option near bottom of list on the left side.

You can also reinstall by using the teleset.

Feature 982 "operator password" then press 9
type in reinstall using the keypad

this will reset the voicemail.
