BCM 400 3.6 CDR setup

I have a BCM 400 rel 3.6.

Is there any other way to have cdr records pushed out besides to an ftp server? can you push it out real time to a buffer box? is so how do you set it up?

You can have the CDR records go to a folder on a local PC. You must download the CDR Pull Client from the BCM and go in and set up the parameters. This is not very difficult. You must also go in and configure the BCM to push the data to the PC.

I mistyped before. You must go in under Call Detail Recording>Data File Transfer and set it up for PULL.
