BCM 400 3.6---can't get into voicemail using network connection

I have a BCM 400 running 3.6 software. We had issues with the hard drive having corrupt files on it. I reimaged the hard drive using the Imaging tool. The reimage installed without any issues. I then initialized the hard drive through the com port using opt 1.1.1 then the MSC upload using 1.2.1..The Init status shows Complete(6.2) and the MSCVersion shows 30DcC04. All the green lights on the front of the BCM shows normal. Problem is i can't get into the BCM via the network. In the lan setting from the comport I can see Lan1 as 10.10.10.1 and lan2 as 10.10.11.1. I plugged my laptop directly into the BCM using a crossover cable and set my ip 10.10.10.2 and 10.10.11.2.. I can't ping either 1. I do have link lights on both the bcm and the laptop. From the phone i can do feature 985 and it shows DN 334. I can do Feature 981 and comes up with a log (i entered 100 0000) for the general mailbox but it shows invalid password. Any suggestions for me to try. Thanks in advance

Also from the BCM command line via the comport. I can ping itself but not my laptop. So I think the network port is good

Update- I can now ping LAN 1 but still can't get into the home page

If I remember when initializing the date has to be put back to January 1 2008 or 7 to be safe just put it back a couple of years then initialize. Since you did not the apache file did not load so you wont access the web page.

This also happens on the BCM 50 when upgrading for ver 1 to 3.
