Hello;
we recently had a bcm main hard drive crap out. Redundant drive in place all was well...until we had the old style board with the leaking caps and replaced that. When the bcm came up again we noticed some issues and they seem to be multiplying;

1)cannot access guest mailboxes from an outside line (enter the ext. # and a recording comes on saying the ext is not in service, if you hit * and the ext again, you go thru to the m/box grtg)(you can access the same m/bxs with F980 from within the off.)

2)there were issues with the 1st 5 or 6 m/boxes not able to be accessed at all (had to delete & recreate them, cannot use m/bx 100)

3)we also seem to have a problem with disconnect supervision all of a sudden on 4 random lines (not an issue before d-day)

any help would be much appreciated.

My expereience has shown that if you have a BFT go, you can end up with corruption. If it is a system where the customer has power cycled it to restore services multiple times before reporting it, then I would plan to re-image as a precautionary measure. One outage versus multiple service calls is always a better ratio.
