BCM 400 3.6 access touble

I am having trouble connecting to BCM400 3.6. I access the system bet when I click configure it will not ever get past about 50% of the progress bar and will not bring up the main configuration page. I have IE 7.0 and the latest JRE loaded on my laptop. Any suggestions?

yes, remove the latest JRE. You need to have version 1.5

I think the 1.5 is also called 5.0. I believe that I need to download JRE 5.0 but cant seem to find the download location. Can somebody help me in where and what name of the file I need to download?
