I want to make a change so all my IP sets register to LAN2. I set the IP addres of LAN2 and know I need to change the S1 and S2 of the IP phones, do I need to change anything else? Maybe public IP?

You need to change the published ip from lan 1 to lan 2 on the BCM. It's either under network interfaces or data services.

yup just changed it. was under the global settings tab in network interface.
