There is a current situation on a BCM 400 release 4 from someone I know. If anyone has any input on this or any other release 4.0 issues I would also like to know.
The scenario is as follows:
The System scheduler does not seem to work at all automatic, manual etc. to have the auto attendants pick up.
In order to get them to pick up the operator phones are forwarding after 4 rings to the voice mail port to get the attendant to pickup.
If the scheduler worked it would be fine. I am pretty sure that the code is the issue and it is not an educational problem with my support staff or the tech support we have received. We waited for the new release 4.0 for the email integration with groupwise and now may have been better off with out it , with the issues we are currently encountering.
