BCM 4.0 Voicemail issue

I have a bcm 400 4.0 system. After a restart last night I can not seem to get the voicemail backup. When i do anything such as Feature 981, 985 or even call the voicemail extension it says 7063 is busy. Which is the voicemail extension.

There is a voice mail patch dated Sept 30. It may address your symptoms.

You can also go into SERVICES in Element Manager and restart the VOICEMAIL with rebooting the entire system.

HI stopping and restarting the service may help from element manager. If you have it backed up try reinstalling the vmail from f982{opt 9} menu. this will reset the data base , and wipe voicemail prog, but will allow you to start again with it.

Also go to admin in element manager , do controlled shut down, then power down and restart bcm , may bring services back into life.
